xFila Mini Pay - License Agreement

1. Software License

This xFila Mini Pay software is proprietary software developed and owned by Craftintertech. This software is provided under a limited license to Dritestudio for their specific use as outlined in this agreement.

The licensee (Dritestudio) is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for its intended purpose as a payment processing solution for Dritestudio's business operations.

2. Restrictions

The licensee may not:

• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based upon the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the software
• Transfer, lease, lend, resell, or distribute the software to third parties
• Use the software for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this agreement

3. Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the software remain with Craftintertech. The software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

4. Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Craftintertech may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies of the software in your possession.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. Support and Updates

Craftintertech may provide support and updates to the software at its discretion. Any such support or updates will be subject to the terms of this license agreement unless otherwise specified.
